  I would like to introduce the quiche's recipe I made. I chose the Crustless Spinach and Mushroom Quiche recipe made by LAUREN. I found it on a website called foodgawker. There are two reasons for choosing this recipe. First, quiche is one of my favorite dishes. We can enjoy various flavors of quiche depending on the ingredients we use and we can make it delicious no matter what we add. Second, it is very easy to make it in a short time. That’s why I chose this recipe and made it.


  After I decided what dish I wanted to make, I started preparing it. I went to local supermarkets to buy its ingredients. I bought spinach at Piare Mart and other ingredients such as eggs and mushrooms at Charenjar. I was not able to find cheddar cheese so I bought mixed cheese instead. It was a mixture of cheddar cheese, gouda cheese and mozzarella cheese. It is easy to make. First, cut vegetables. Next, mix all ingredients. Finally, put the cheese on and bake it. I tried making it by increasing the amount of spinach and cheese because I used a slightly larger mold than the one in the recipe.


   This recipe has three strengths. First of all, since there are few ingredients and tools to use, it does not take time to prepare in advance. Second, the taste was just right and it was delicious.Third, the explanation of how to make it is very easy to understand. The only bad thing is that it is difficult to understand the unit of the amount of ingredients. I think it is better to write them all in grams.


   When I actually made it and ate it, it was an omelet rather than a quiche. It was good that the photos in this recipe gave me a rough image of when it was completed. However, I was confused because there was a video of a different dish in this article. The article mentioned not only calories but also nutrients such as proteins and fat, so it is good for people with dietary restrictions and allergies. The arrangements method recommended by the author was helpful. 


   In conclusion, when creating cooking recipes I learned that it is important to consider people who use it. Having photos will help your viewer understand the content. It is better if the ingredients used in recipes are available in any region. Describing the nutrients in recipes is useful for people with various eating habits. This recipe is very easy so I recommend it to those who are not good at cooking. It is also recommended for people who eat with limited carbohydrates. I was 90% satisfied with this recipe.
